If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a fair refund policy. Here’s how it works:

 

Refund:

 

You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the training.

 

Refund conditions :

 

  1. The course does not correspond to what was announced during registration.
  2. You have been active but the course does not bring you any added value.
  3. You request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the training.

 

Exclusions:

 

  1. The request is made from the fifteenth day of purchasing the training.
  2. In case of abuse of the policy.
  3. The request is based on the level of difficulty experienced.
  4. Technical reasons not related to our service (for example your internet connection is bad) or just a change of mind.

 

To request a refund:

 

Send an email to our customer service at contact@lingonexo.com within 14 days of purchasing the training, with the following information: 

    1. The name of the training.
      Your registration phone number.
      Your registration email.
      Your first and last name.
    1. The training code.
    1. The detailed reason for the request.
    1. Any supporting evidence.

After the refund, access to the course will be revoked, and the learner has the option to purchase another course, even if they received a refund for a previous course.
